On the News Chan 6 Monday Feb 25th (see KOTV website for details), it was announced that Marquis Bullock the man formally charged with the murder of of my precious thirteen year old daughter, Cori Baker - may be released from jail as early as March 17th. A demurrer has been filed (see oscn.net) stating his civil rights have been violated. What about Cori's civil rights, he certainly violated those.
He will be free in Tulsa, walking among your daughters and grandaughters. The behavioral patterns he has exhibited started several years ago, and ultimately ended in the death of my daughter.
He often frequents the Malls in Tulsa and most often works as a waiter in Tulsa area restaurants. I believe he will kill again. It is important that we protect the children that he hasn't gotten to yet. Please take a moment to really read this e-mail, and realize that your voice counts and we have to act fast. Please take a moment out of your day to make a phone call, send an e-mail, write a letter or send a fax ! This is our town and we have to take it back, if nothing else do it in honor of Cori. Please pass this along to everyone on your e-mail list.
